HTDJ/STDJ communication improvements, but still getting hangs if server connection not successful. Improved keyboard routing, volume should now work (as requested by John). Updated versioning:

Greatly improved logging, see log window. HTDJ requests are now made via HTTP multipart form data uploads. This means that binary data is transferred without problems. Before, requests were made via standard POST arguments, and embedded ampersands, etc., were not properly transmitted.
